Heh no, but regardless I do think a trip to the doctor will be in order. Indigestion or worse, I doubt this guy's used to eating this much!

Still, it'll take some time to work all that off. The stomach bulge Raali had (The green young dragon you have in the list of thumbnails)  he'd digest over a month or so, and the other two...  ....  Well, sticking to the species's canon they'd digest in a few hours (Yes, even that VERY large bulge there) but I'm not a big fan of superacids in predators, so I'd imagine a few weeks or a few months for those as well

Nope, this is definitely not his normal diet

Im not into fast digestive tracks either. Although I do think that if vore was real, anything still alive upon reaching the stomach would be dead within an hour (acid, lack of air), and then it would digest for a few days.

Though since this is vore, I don't tend to think in detail about the length of digestion: cause we can choose if it even happens in the first place

I did try to get ridiculously big, but it was getting difficult to work with.

Still, I may do something similar sometime.
