So basically the three girls are originally from the normal world we live in. And then some anime god chose them to be reborn into the Naruto universe. All three were allowed to design what they wanted their new selves to look like and what life they wanted to live until they graduated as ninjas and start following the Naruto story line.
The one on the right chose to be the secret love child of a Hyuga and an Uchiha, that was then given to a clan that she made up, called the Akayashi. Since it wasn’t impossible for a secret love child to exist the anime god allowed it. (Itachi was not aware of her existence)
The one in the middle chose to be one of Orchimaru’s experiments in her early childhood and was later saved by Kakashi, who later adopted her and became her father. The anime god didn’t allow the father part, but instead made it so that Kakashi was her guardian since she was so attached to him when she was rescued. (They live together and he takes care of her, but he is not considered her father)
The one on the left chose to come from a clan she made up, called the Hatsumanei, that originally lived in Suna, but then moved to Konoha. They were also a clan that produced great ninjas, sometimes even prodigies. (When the clan moved to Konoha the girl wasn’t born yet and neither was anyone from the Naruto generation, so she didn’t have any interaction with the Sabaku siblings. She was born and raised in Konoha) Of course the anime god allowed this since she wasn’t interfering with any characters or important plot pieces in the Naruto timelines.
The sensei was a character the anime god made to fill in the role as their sensei.
The anime god lets them keep their knowledge of the Naruto anime as they please but if they try to tell any of the characters about the situation they’re in the girls’ literally can’t bring up their voice to tell them. But the three can talk about their situation together just fine. They can do whatever they want with their new life, and if anyone tries to look into their memories they’ll only see the memories of the new life. Unless the three talk about their old life in their new life, then the person looking into their memories will see a filtered out version of the scene thanks to the anime god.
