This is so relatable, and I understand the thing behind them so much.
You see, Good Nostalgia simply just evokes the past. It uses our fond memories of the "Good old days" as a sort of lubricant for the new plots and ideas it seeks to convey
Bad Nostalgia (which I think the Member Berries are parodying), on the other hand, seeks only to recreate the past as much as it can like it was, bit by painstaking bit. Then it only wants to sit in what it has built and stay there forever.
Celebration of the old days can be a good thing, but if that’s basically all that you’re doing, then what will you even have to celebrate anymore?
