Bella comes across Heidi, leashed to the couch, and sees the sign. Not questioning the protests and struggles from poor Heidi, Bella proceeds to follow the instructions left on the sign. Heidi would have told her if she didn't want to be spanked, after all. Otherwise, why would there be a sign??
