Well, in a certain Megaman game called Megaman Battle Network 6, Megaman has a power called Cross where he obtains the powers of other characters and he also has a power called Beast Out, depending on the version of the game you have you get either Gregar, the wolf or Falzar, the Phoenix, the Cell you drew here looks like a beast out Gregar Cell.

Sorry dude I don't see it :/ the gregar thing is Megaman-chibi-sized, this Cell has long lanky proportions, and no one has a monopoly on the hunched over beastly pose
