I use to be a creature of lightPrancing in the sunlight
but now i hide in the darkness of the trees
fearful of my shadow.
this shadow controls my every move
this shadow drives me to insanity
this shadow drives me to stop living the life which is rightfully mine.
a shadow should watch my life not control it
this shadow causes me so much pain.
i miss being outside in the light.
why my shadow?
why?
did i smell the roses too deeply?
did i not thank the mother earth enough as i ate her fruit?
so why shadow are you trying to control me?
why must i leave my home?
to serve you?
