Pandora is God in the Origin X multiverse, accidentally creating X and the Void after creating the universe, the byproduct of creating something out of nothing.

She looked upon X with disgust and banished him into the Void, binding the existence of both of them together, X is the Void, and the Void is X.

This is one of multiple attempts for her to isolate and destroy X, but he's always resisting, and that worries her.

She favors her world over everything else, but she's by far not a good person, she created the concept of life, but also death, and gave humanity the tools to harness death.

She can appear in both Mobius and on Earth, this form being more comprehensive for Mobians, since she created both.

It's very hard to explain right now, but so is Pandora as an entity!
