So this guy has a funny story. He had the chance to go in game but I never made togekiss or togetic in time. How this guy was made was actually from someone offering me a copy of Mario Kart 8, and like any normal human being, I didn't turn it down because its free stuff! So I ended up live streaming this entire process of making it, and togepi was born! sadly, I never made its siblings, but someone else did, so its all good...right? Sure, lets go with that.
