The story for this goes something as follows:
Sometime in the future transport companies basically take over the governments of Europe
Cities get renamed to sectors to overcome language barriers
Large railways connect the sectors
19 happens to be partially underground
The green triangle building belongs to the Breyzhnev company, which might be evil
Gray triangle building belongs to the shipping company
The cat thing is a symbol of rebellion
