You've got one's arm reaching a bit low, which I'll say could be sexual or not. But you've got them both naked, and the pose of subjects in a submission also would count as sexual themes. A pose such as this, particularly in which you've drawn their breasts pressed against each other as you do, has a slim chance of being counted something besides sexual themes.

When two girls try to hug each other, their breasts are always pressed against each other's like this, no matter how hard you try to not have it like that.
....So, you'd count just resting your hand in the back pocket of your lover as sexual too?
I hate how people always think that anthropomorphic things always need to be clothed, when clothes would probably feel horrid to them. I mean, really now... Clothes on the fur would feel horrid, don't you think? Besides, the fur would cover up basically everything like it does on felines... You don't really see Bugs Bunny wearing clothes normally, do you?

I'm not saying that you were putting something here for sexual content, but this is something that even though you may not find it necessary, it should have one. [link] According to this, the drawing falls under at least "Maybe," and a warning would be appropriate for the sake that perverted viewers wouldn't look at this in an inappropriate manner to what you meant with it.
