Well, she does throw parties possibly several times a week more than likely. Wouldn't be too much of a stretch for her to have found ponies having a bit of a special party out back, in a closet, or whatever else. And even she could possibly have done such acts herself at a party.

but she is way to easily distracted for this. When someone would try to do that stuff with her, and even if she is ok with it, she would just spot something more interesting and hop away before they started. A new guest.. a good song.. a cupcake.. whatever.
