With her potent flames she is so adept with she saved Hawthornes from being torn apart by her diabolical twin sister, Tamira Death's Eye, who was always thought to be angelic with her efficient acting. It is only because of Shay that Hawthornes survive at all. Though Tamira triumphantly becomes the princess of their rivals under their father, Alucard Death's Eye.
