Uh... So, quite a few symbols here... Let's start with the snake, or more precisely, the Ouroboros, symbolizing a never-ending cicle of rebirth, the pleasure of creation and pain of destruction, instead of it's usual circular form I used a more triangular form symbolizing the pyramid, the most stable structure that exists.
Then there's the All-Seeing Eye (not of God, at least to me), symbolizing a superior awareness of everything, our actions and thoughts, everything that happens around us. The Iris... well, I just really like blue eyes, so no symbol there
The pupil, wide open to allow more light, enabling the eye to see even in the darkest places, the Yin-Yang, a symbol of balance, of duality, serving as the pupil in order to create a perfect balance in everything.
Finally, the background, a transition from the land, the earth to the sky, the heavens and finaly to space, the universe, the cosmos, the unknown.

So, final meaning of these symbols combined, Karma.
