Description Puppy yawned. The young girl's hair was frizzled; an aftereffect of laying on a bench in Central Place for over an hour. She vaguely noted Kitten reading a book on a nearby beach, her face wearing a bored expression. Both of the kids had a shirt and shorts on to shield themselves from the high temperature of Place, although neither off them particularly liked this fashion choice.
"Hot out, isn't it?" Lua asked, entering Central Place.
"Yeah," Kitten said with a tired smile. "Ruby practically forced Puppy and I to wear this silly excuse for clothing."
Lua chuckled. "You'd best listen to her. Ruby's got quite a thing for summer."
Kitten paused for a moment, before throwing her hands in the air.
"Oh, what I would do for a breath of winter!"
Laughing at the outburst, Lua sat down beside Kitten.
"Last time we had winter was almost six months ago."
"Six months too long," Puppy muttered as she slowly rose to a sitting position.
Lua glanced at her.
"Summer isn't so bad," Lua commented.
"Didnt say it was," Puppy said. "There's just not enough winter."
Lau thought for a moment about what to say next.
"Well... Look on the bright side. Winter's coming soon!"
"Yup."
