The first few days nothing seemed to change and I thought I had done something wrong with the production. But then I noticed the increasing hunger of Betty, especially the training she began to ask me more often if I would like to go out to eat with her. Not only that, another week, her portions became larger and larger. This pleased me very much and so that it also went faster, I made sure that Betty had to do less and less at home. We also introduced a movie night every two days, where high-calorie snacks were mandatory. It must be said, however, that she refused to eat the snacks at the beginning, but with a little persuasion that she will get rid of it anyway during training, I was able to convince her.
