Hair is just long pile fur, eyes are taxidermy, nose is sculpted as part of the mask and painted.

Wow. Love the detail, you've definitely got the cheetah down. How'd you manage to include the anthro part though? The size? I mean, I'd expect something like that from Industrial Lights and Magic. Couple of servo's under those cheeks and you've gone from stunning, to omfg it's alive!
