I got super addicted to Portal (both versions) this past month (I know, super late, hahaha) and ended up trying to design a human version of her.....just for fun.
These are just speed paintings. They're all done on mostly one layer.....which isn't something I do a lot, but I'm getting more used to it...i find it's actually faster not to worry about layers and stuff....
All done in painttool SAI
time: around 2-3h each. getting faster yay <3.
Please, this is only for fun, so don't say anything like "this isn't how she should look!" or anything silly like that

Absolutely the second one. There, she is an all-ruling overlord, capable of...well, GLaDOS-style evil. The first one could be a simple portrait shot, and the third is just... well, it seems to me more of an action shot, but with softer features. It doesn't really fit.
All of them, though, are fantastic.

First one! She has that look in her eyes, that really makes me see her as GLaDOS.

I vote the second one, I think it shows just how evil GLaDOS is, and just how awesome GLaDOS is too 
She's looking down on you, mocking you, making you feel like an insignificant human being in it

I vote for the first one. I love her expression; her face is sharp and cold, which suits her very well, and for some reason, the eyes on the first one really draw me in.

If you keep the light like this I'm voting for the one in the middle. The third one isn't bad either but it needs some crazy lighting to look interesting while the second one lives from the heaviness and simpleness of the composition.

Bah! I love all three of them, but I suggest the middle one. It's more (for lack of a better word) seductive, it sort of matches with GLaDOS's voice, that calm silky tone, until she gets pissed. It also has a more god like view to it, she looks like she really is observing Chell from up on high.

The last one is my favourite. Has the best movement to it, I think. But I would make her look a little bit meaner - like a cruel smirk maybe. Hahah. Love them all, though.

The middle one is by far my favourite. It capture very well the personality of GLaDOS (Controlling, contemptuous, and basically the biggest bitch in the universe)
However the three are great so good job

the last one. it's beautiful. the middle one is too sexy. GLaDOS is not sexy. she is cold and hard. she is a supercomputer. so, not sexy. ^_^

Definitely the second for it's perspective, they're all amazing drawings, but the angle no no.2 gives it more edge

The second one shows GLADOS' personality really well.
The third one just looks really cool.
The first one's still cool, just that the other to seem be more "GLADOS".
