i think its rare to get your order cancelled if you order directly from a japanese based shop. i usually order from a local shop. cheaper, but that's the risk. =3=

Oh, so that's why it never happened to me...I order directly to Japanese stores, because they allow me to pre-order without paying, and besides, I don't know any store here that I could order stuff :S

yeah make sense. lately i've been ordering directly from japanese stores too. my stuff will definitely come for sure. but haven't bought any big ones yet though. those might got stuck at customs, which is another problem that must be avoided.

Hmmm, the only that happened to me, is that they get stuck in the postal service :S That's why I bought them with tracking number, so I always know where it is, and if it takes too long, I just go to the postal office to pick it up. I've done it a few times already, since the postal service in my city seems to not be working properly -w-;;
