Inspired by a wreck-dive I took while on vacation in Boracay. A combination of viperfish, oarfish, lionfish, and a myriad of other bioluminescent deep-sea creatures.

OH wow! They remind me of a comic crossover of future occurrences where someone set off nuclear bombs, so everything went to hell and highwater. Literally. Fish and people got mutated into an entire fish culture, a new Joker was born, but had to wear masks and was bald naturally, and all sorts of craziness. *Goes to find those comics*
