This piece came about a loooong time ago, but only really took shape after I did the One Piece Fanart. After many hours, layers and redraws, I think it came out pretty good. Trying to get the right effects etc took a bit of thinking as well. I wanted that feeling I got from the OP. Anyways enjoy an actual illustration, not my sketches lol.
