This month's theme for my self-portrait group was "Pisces." As a Pisces myself, I strongly connect with the characteristics of the water sign, a daydreamer to a fault and heavily emotional to the point that I feel like my emotions are incredibly transparent. I went with blue to represent the sign and tried for something dreamy with a wistful, melancholic vibe. I absolutely hate the process of self-portraits. I hate seeing my body and face in angles I don't usually see it in, and I just hate the general idea of not knowing how to pose and see exactly what I'm doing. It's a struggle. And yet, I actually really end up liking the few images I chose from this set, so I guess its worth it?
