A group of my friends decided to do monthly self-portraits as a challenge to get back into art, and they invited me to join. There is always a bit of a learning curve to remember how to do self-portraits! I was so excited when I learned my newer camera connects to my phone so I can see a photo preview and also be able to trigger it, and YET trying to get myself in the frame and posed how I want is still a struggle (mirror images will always baffle me)! Hopefully doing it monthly, I'll eventually get better. I am always a bit self-conscious of my looks in general, but overall, I actually quite like these, I think I would like them better with a model and not me, but I'm trying my best to practice self-love lol.
