Radical Racer :‘R’ Happy Otter
He’s not doing any kind of magic, but he certainly is a crazy inventor that came from otter space.
He built his own water engine prototype and a patented squid ink gun (amongst several brilliant but useless stuff) and broke his glasses once during a time travel.
