Princess Peach - Lawful Good
Of course, the fair diplomatic ruler of the Mushroom Kingdom would fit perfectly in this role.
Toadsworth - Lawful Neutral
He puts honor and integrity above all and tries to be as pragmatic as possible.
Fawful - Lawful Evil
Same as Toadsworth's code of honor, but more EVIL of course! Muahaha! No really, as Cackletta's loyal subordinate this would be a nice suit for him.

Mario, Luigi, Rosalina, Toadette, Yoshi - Neutral Good
Our beloved heroes/heroines, they are benevolent and guide you to the right path or they do what's right from the kindness of their hearts or really, both; in the case of Rosalina, Toadette, and Yoshi. They of course, respect their Lawful counterparts.

Toad - Neutral Neutral
As the NPC of most Mario games, they are normally just.. there and go about their business. But, when Toad is in an action role he takes on a Neutral Good alignment.

Bowser, Bowser Jr. - Neutral Evil
Sometimes Bowser's alignment changes depending on the writer, but generally it's right here. They view Lawful Evil's ways as too restrictive and prefer a more practical, straightforward approach of their evil doing.

Donkey Kong - Chaotic Good

Donkey Kong has a good heart but he's also a free-spirit and a rebel, kidnapping Pauline and all.

Princess Daisy, Wario - Chaotic Neutral
These types follow their own whims and conform to their own "codes", especially Wario. As for Daisy, while she usually does not get enough characterization to develop an alignment outside of general terms, in the places she does (KC Deluxe manga and Fortune Street) she is portrayed as a Chaotic Neutral character.

Waluigi - Chaotic Evil
Yup, Waluigi's chaotic evil all right. In DDR Mario Mix he wanted to bring chaos and destruction to the world and he is just angry for no good reason and hates seeing people happy. His recent bio describes him as a hardworker with a cunning and twisted personality. Fortunately, he's generally incompetent and played as comedic relief, eh?
