well i useed photoshops render cloudes then i rended diffence coulds a few times set then set the layer blend mode to screen and adjusted the levels so thay were more defind. the light rays are just greadents set on a transernt layer if you would like help creatind similer i can walk you thou step by step over messenger. all my contact info can be fond on my porfile.
