Remember how his face was only partially metal under his helmet? Yeah I couldn't really make sense of that since they'd have to be taking his helmet off all of the time to deal with any problems that cropped up with the scar tissue, which would probably happen a lot. Anyway the robotface is plenty disturbing on its own. There's a series of about four quarter inch wide holes at the jawline that he breathes through.

Those black things on his shoulders are actually a cloth cover that's meant to protect the wires and miscellaneous bits connecting his arm to his torso. There is skin under them and he can take them off but it'd be a pretty bad idea.

Also I hadn't drawn his leg bent at all so there's that, and a younger Jacob from before that warp core exploded on him. Yes, he's one of those people that just keeps the same haircut for their entire life.

I'm pretty bad at drawing scars.
