It’s Percil! Or Percil in the past at least. He’s more younger (in ASP he’s “mentally” in his 30s), more softer, and he doesn’t have that burn scar I always draw him with! A more simplified design of the actual pokemon, but he has more red spots, kinda like a sick animal (heehee)
He also wasn’t cuckoo! Crazy…
