Effect:

●While in Attack Position: Once per turn:, you can target 1 "Morphtronic" monster; roll a die, then have that card's Level becomes equal to the result until the end of turn.
●While in Defense Position: You target other monster you control and 1 "Morphtronic" monster in your GY; return the first monster to the hand, then Special Summon the other monster. You can only use this effect of "Morphtronic Washen" once per turn.
