Effect:
When you activate this card, you can Special Summon 1 "Photon" or "Galaxy" monster from your hand, deck or GY, but you cannot Special Summon monsters for the rest of turn, except LIGHT monsters. Each time you Special Summon a LIGHT monster, place one Nebula's Light Counter on this turn. Once per turn (Quick Effect), you can remove any number of Nebula's Light Counters from this card, and if you do, Special Summon 1 "Photon" or "Galaxy" monster who's Level/Rank is equal to the number of counters removed. If this card is sent to the GY while you control a Xyz Monster, you can attach this card to it as Xyz Material. You can only activate "Reign of The Galaxy" once per turn.
