well, it has been a long time since I drew this character.

Dusty was an OC during the time of Skylanders and I figured it was time to give his a Ref Sheet. I know I have not done Skylander art for while but I still love the franchise and still have all toys and games never had any plans to get rid of them.

Dusty was Inspiration by Gandalf the Gray and Samurai jack. as you tell my look of his outfit looks much like what nomad would where but if you close some the padding looks much like samurai armor. give an idea of what Dusty is like.

Dusty is some that never stays in one spot he travels all over Skylands helping others out when need and keeping things in check. He always puts others first before himself.
Often times enemies see his Kindness as an open opportunity to take him down but quickly know this human, not some you should underestimate. Dusty is no stranger when it comes to conflict for those katakana on his back are not for a show. he was trained under the sword way before he became a PortalMaster.
before the time of Skylanders, Dusty Used to be part of the Arkeyan Empire and his Title was Dragon Slayer. During the wars in Skylands Dragons were a major threat to the Arkeyan forces. Dusty along with few others where Train to kill Dragons that became a threat during the Arkeyan invasion. After a change in leadership in the Empire Dusty dropped his rank and left Arkeyans. what was once a race that fought with honor now became mudders as they were killing civilians. even when that refuse to fight he seen the soldiers killing them anyways. Dusty believed in honor but that was no longer part of his culture.
how Dusty Join the Skylanders and became Portalmaster is Classified and only elder dragons and Master Eon know about his past. Master Eon felt it was best to keep is a secret that he was once Skylands enemy.
Oddly Dusty is more loved by the Dragons of Skylands and they looked up to him for support. Dusty feels that becoming a PortMaster has been the best thing that has ever happen to him.
