we all know the Skaven. the rat-like race that lives under cities and other underground environments.
in WH40k there is another kind of Skaven. Unlike other Skaven clans which are mostly males. this Skaven clan is mostly female and has other ways to survive. instead of going to war with the man things they instead have a more profitable way of life.
the Sister of Cauldron makes narcotics, drugs that give off hallucinations to their customers. but these drugs are also made for mind control. once the buyer goes to sleep that when the real side effect kicks in and takes in with the use of old magic they take control of their host and have them do as they please. stealing, murder, or even causing a distraction to keep unwanted people away of there skims. living under Hive city with miserable workers dealing with harsh hours it's easy to sell their drugs to anyone that was to have a little escape from such a hellhole environment and now with an army of man things under their control they can get away with a lot of things but still need to be careful so there presents isn't known. even though these Skaven look better and even smell better than most a Skaven is still a Skaven.
