I've had this ... thing of trying to draw demons lately, don't ask me why

Anyway, this one is one of hte ones who has started human and is morphing into another creature. It actually started out because I thought back spines would be coooool.

I'm redoing it now at a larger size, and with all the silly problems fixed up (such as the skin around the horns/spines and other such things)

I'm struggling with the feet... damned feet

Anyway, thoughts always appreciated, even though it's just a scrap
