don't ask me what went wrong with the arms XDOkay, Shadow should be pretty recognizable (can't understand why everyone loves him so much, but who am i to judge?) The recolor he's racing is a character named Highlight, the anti version of Shadow from Moebius (Highlight is my fanfic abortion. oh yeah, I dare to be cliche). He is a fancharacter for K-chan's Sonic the Hedgehog fic "Dark Rising [link]
Highlight has only appeared only briefly in chapter 12, but to my knowledge he will appear again in later chapters to come. I've been really busy with school here lately and I haven't had much time to draw, but I cranked this out real quick for K-chan. Hopes you likes!

I really didn't intend for this to be a bust on recolors pic, that was just the first title I could think of XD
and your right, all fancharacters are recolors at least to some extent and the ones that aren't are so over the top, they don't even look like they belong in sonic
