I think I finally figured out the key to making these things good each time. A) Don't rush, and B) no excess. A lot of by biggest blunders are caused when I try to get a drawing done A.S.A.P or try and fill every inch of paper with some kind of detail or shading. This was done under normal circumstances, but I made sure to take my time with it and wasn't afraid to leave some blank space if necessary. It's borderline the best one I've done this month- and it's about an alien turning into a toad.

If I had to knock it for anything, it'd be the contrast. The scene's supposed to be set at night in a forest, but you'd never guess it by how bright it is.
