The most important character in Transformers: Jolt!This one was really tricky to get right. Jolt's already hard, since he spends the whole movie standing WAY in the back, so he's got like 0 reference material. When you finally get a good look at his robot mode, it has like no vehicle parts or transformations scheme. And then there's the fact that EV/Hybrid cars weren't really a thing in 1985. FUN!
That did make it really satisfying, having that "Ah ha!" moment when I got it right. The electro-whip is drawn to look like Optimus's axe and Megatron's flail from the G1 cartoon. I sorta imagined him being part of the '85 crew, being a random extra added to the team w/ no explanation. I was really worried with the colors at first, since the actual movie model doesn't have that much blue on it, but turns out it's no problem.
This one was drawn small, so the resolution's not great. I shoulda just made the canvas smaller in hindsight.
I also totally forgot there was a G1 character called 'Jolt'. Guess getting forgotten about runs in the family?
