This is my design for Angel's costume in the X-Men movies...

Angel's uniform is pretty basic. There isn't a huge X on his chest because, to be honest, It was starting to annoy the crap out of me that just about all the guys have X's on their chests but the girls don't. So instead, he has a lot of little X's all over. Since in the movie, he'd probably be a newer recruit, he wouldn't have too personalized a uniform. One thing that's different about his (actually, most of the ones I've drawn) is that his boots are outside of his pants. In the movies, most of them have boots that are beneath their pants, but I think that having the boots on the outside makes it look more like a uniform as opposed to just a leather pair of pants.
Now that I look at it again, I'd like to add more of the corrugated padding to his costume, since if he were to fall while flying, it would come in handy. Oh, well. Maybe I'll do a re-draw sometime.
The base color for his costume would be very dark red, with the piping as well as the straps on the gloves and boots, and all of the X's being gold.
