An idea for a giant monster for the upcoming game "Kaiju Combat".

It originated deep down in the black depths of the ocean as separate microscopic organisms feeding on whatever drifted its way to the bottom. Mass doses of radiation had been consumed by the organisms and made them multiply at a rapid rate. Soon they started to meld together to form a massive, ever hungry creature, THE MONOLITH. With cells rapidly dividing the Monolith seeked huge quantities of energy, this lead it to an island flowing with it, Manhattan.
