My entry to the "War For Rayuba" oct.

Phyleus Vulther is the son of Baroness Augeas, BeastMaster of many Empires and founder of the Augean voice, the unignorable word, the beast taming whisper. He represents his mother on the battlefield, overseeing the use of her WarBeast in the hands of client armies. Seeing this as being groomed for his mother’s position, Phyleus eagerly defies simple oversight and often delves into battles himself. Being legless, Phyleus relies on his chosen mount for mobility and excels at cavalry combat. He has mastered the use of the glaive for mounted combat, and wields hooked blades to assist his personal movement and to “motivate” his mount. His inherited Augean voice allows him to speak to anyone as if from their mind, and can persuade simple creatures to his use, though he understands very few languages himself.
The “Steed”, named Munninarion, is a bound beast tamed just for Phyleus. Its origins are unknown and the creature shows genuine sapience, but Phyleus cares little and simply demands the speechless thing obeys. Munninarion is generally peaceful and patient outside of combat, showing care and curiosity towards things around it. However, Phyleus pushed the creature to perform savage violence with its great strength and crest sword. This mysterious mount has never been observed eating, but it seems “full” after a battle.
