i made this pic when i was having a meh day and wanted to spread awareness of mental health. my personally opinion on mental health is that not alot of people care to research or be aware that mental health really does matter. so many people say “you should just get over it” or “your being germatic” and when people say that stuff to me or parents say it to their kids it really pisses me off because we are not being germatic. mental health really does matter and should be important too!
