And I have to ask what kind of accent does she have?

Because of her horns I can't help but think of Skyrim, which is a Norwegian accent.... I think.

Norwegian... pretty nice and exotic. Though, how would a fictional reptile have an accent that doesn't exist in her own world? For such tiresome laws of reality I say FUCK IT! She has a Norwegian accent, why not. Tough, thick, and foreign tongues are always a treat to hear.

Hmmmm...that miiiiiiight've worked if I was looking at her deadly serious glare, and scowl...but then we see those bared soles, and my mind is suddenly not on her...well, not "directly"...

But seriously *mmmph* Damn that is some fine detailing. Not just the sole shots (but those are extremely good, especially in the second panel...almost could feel the muscles beneath that sole flesh mold agaisnt the press of thumb and fingers...mmmmmphX3*), but her facial expressions are especially keen too, especially thatglare in the first panel. For someone who doesn't have fur, or hair of any kind, that furrowing brow couldn't be any more prominet on her smooth, scaled face, and I can see the murder in her eyes thanks to the situation she's gotten herself in....

In the end, all I got to say is...lucky bandits X3

I don't imagine as a tickler. In my eyes she's a victim through and through. Someone who has never thought like we have; never understood the beauty of feet and the joys of tickling. But will frequently fall victim to wicked individuals (such as her nameless fan) who will invite her into a new world of exotic pleasures, or at least exotic in her eyes. Though she may be reluctant, such admiration and obsession over often ignored parts of her body is quite charming... almost flattering... in time she will grow an obsession of her own; to taunt and tease these sole starved deviants and purposely be caught and subjected to their relentless tickle torture. That is her path in life.
