I just finished watching the whole series last night and I've got to say as much as the various going avatar state was moments of awesome for Aang the entirety of the last battle was truly his crowning moment of awesome.
on a meta level however I'm interested in how exactly the Avatar cycle can continue after Aang as unless he's able to find a pupil who'll become a master Airbender there's no way the next Avatar will be able to master all the elements.
