This is beautiful. The elements look perfect. We have actually been discussing, me and my friends, the way the water should look in the movie. I would hope it would look clear and controlled, like on advertisements for Brita water filters and such. I can find no complaints other than maybe the glow on his eyes and tattoos. I see that they glow, but on the cartoon it is often emphasized more. They glow more radiantly and light up his body even more. If you were to do another pic of Aang like this, I would suggest doing that. Otherwise, it looks wonderful. You are obviously skilled at whatever medium you used (To me it looks digital). I've just started trying digital painting, and you have inspired me more to further my skill. This is truly great.

About the tattoos, they appear to glow more in the cartoon in certain scenes because of the contrast in lighting. Since I had various light-sources that lit the picture already, the glow of the tattoos aren't as prominent.

Now that I look back at it the tattoos are luminous than I originally thought. I love the textures on the elements by the way, if I didn't mention it before. The water looks great.
