Probably the best way to do a Zenyatta short would to do a Genji origin short, and then also involve Mercy and Zenyatta, as their lore is very intertwined (Mercy being who brought him back from the brink of death, and Zenyatta being his post-revival mentor). Unfortunately, that short likely wouldn't be made for a long time, as we already have a Genji short and plenty of characters who don't have shorts.
