Hey! It's January 27th! Today marks a whole year since I first discovered and got into Link's Awakening!

I don't know why I'm making this so important...

The game means so much to me, my apologies for making this such a big thing.

This is more or less my progression of drawing Link's Awakening (styles changed A LOT).

JANUARY - Well, that's when I first found out about this game... (^^') Hadn't draw anything Link's Awakening at the time. At that time, I had developed a fever, which wound up lasting a whole week. I didn't draw too much during this time, only having made two Spirit Tracks drawings.

The drawing in the January block was made this year, since I hadn't yet drawn any Link's Awakening in January 2020.

FEBRUARY - The very first time I drew Link's Awakening!

It's part of a greater Link's Awakening drawing dump. It's not done yet, and I actually haven't continued working on it since last March.

I did start a Link's Awakening Valentine's Day drawing, but that file got corrupted and no longer exists. :/

MARCH - I got more into drawing Link's Awakening.

That particular drawing in the March block was drawn during my French class, hehe. I drew a lot of Link's Awakening in my French class. >w>

It was during this month that I was trying to harness drawing the game for the first time.

APRIL - Even more Link's Awakening. That was my first time drawing him based on the ALttP/LA Link artwork, with my little twist to his appearance. I thought that, to differentiate him from other Links, he would have a hibiscus and the rope around his arm (from the intro of the game).

MAY - Not too many Link's Awakening drawings. The one in May is actually part of a silly sketch dump I made.

I actually got Link's Awakening in this month too!

JUNE - Not many Link's Awakening drawings.

The particular drawing in the June block was made to celebrate the 27th anniversary of the original GameBoy Link's Awakening.

JULY - I actually didn't draw a lot of Link's Awakening throughout July... Only 2 Link's Awakening drawings were finished and published here to DA.

AUGUST - Not too many drawings of LA in August... :/

SEPTEMBER - A few drawings of LA in September, many of which were just small, simple doodles.

OCTOBER - I made a very small handful of LA drawings in October. I made a few for Linktober (which I had to forfeit), as well as a celebrational drawing for Halloween.

NOVEMBER - I drew Link's Awakening throughout the month for Huevember, with other side drawings here and there.

DECEMBER - A few Link's Awakening drawings came out of December. I practiced the coloring/shading from the ending cutscene of the game, and did make a festivity drawing for Christmas and New Years.
