Celia the Living Liquid - a once simple snake now the ultimate living tickle tool, able to tickle into submission, even the most stalwart of male warriors and villains alike. Celia thrives on breaking the will of such powerful men, through the simple humiliating act of tickle-torture.
But what about tickling a female?

Like most women, Celia is sexually straight; males are her go-to victims. The thought of tickling another woman has not once crossed her mind. Until one day, when Celia happens to catch Miss Tali'Zorah Vas Normandy, a young quarian woman exploring one of Haa's many residential cities. What would spark Celia's interest in Tali?

Quarians bear fragile immune systems, so their lives are mainly spent inside a suit - generations of living in a suit has made Quarian skin hypersensitive as a result. These three-toed aliens would make prime targets for any avid ticklers; in the tickle-loving world of Haa, quarians are the prey. With those soft, creamy, large pale quarian soles, why not tickle a female for once, Celia?
