Throwback to a 11th February 2021 fanart that I had made that day. It was about a parody of "The Binding of Isaac" with ISAB, who is depicted as a BTD5 Spectre. Some of his enemies are celery, eczema, backseaters, ban hammers, dandruff, and a couple of other monsters that I could not quite recognize on the first sight. Nonetheless a high-effort fanart.
