Character Description:
His best friend is a wisp named Spiny and he work in a Sammy's Store that fixes electronic stuff ,buys and trades junk, but he has 0 crafting skills, he like to cook, and enjoys a good Manga from time to time, the fruit and the book type
Personality:
a bit of a nice nerdy guy, he try's his best to do what's right but ends up falling most of the time, he like to meet new people but his to shy to talk to them at first but you never know, easy to talk to, and an all around nice person that likes to help does that need

Likes :Fruit , Rc cars ,vegi ramen and long naps
Dislikes: Loud noises, getting bubblegum stuck on him, Karens
Background/History:
After the the day the sun fell and people try to adjust, Rook tried to join his fellow Mobians that were trying to protect the towns but like normal he would failg at it, he couldn't use the wispons and sometimes he was too scared to even fight but when his town was attacked , Rook saw a Wisp in danger and with out thinking he just jump into action, with the help of the Wisp ( who he named Spiny ) Rook took a wispon and helped Spiny to fight back with the rest of the troops,
Now , that Spiny lives with him and they are now great friends
