Warren Billie is a Hulk in a Human disguise. He was born as one which led to him not being taught in School but at home.

Warren is 15 years old and is a very best friend to Falhem Casper, the young 15 year old Mage.

Although he is a Hulk, he does like to spend time with Falhem, playing Video Games and watching movies. He doesn't do much and isn't very smart in math and History but he does try to understand certainly.

Warren has depression and anxiety which leads him to hulking out.

[IRL Information]
The Warren Billie Character has always been my response to having too many She Hulk characters, I am very much a She Hulk fan but you don't see many Hulk OCs on this website, its mostly She Hulk OCs which is fine but they are also always the same colour, green. Which is why I made Warren blue as a Hulk. Like A-Bomb in the comics but without the reptile features. Warren was previously just basically Bruce Banner with a sad backstory that wasn't truly explained until now.
