Description
I have been working early this year on a space-faring roleplaying game. It is made with the Savage Worlds system and heavily based in the old Warhammer 40.000 Rogue Trader and the Phoenician and Greek colonization. So, here's the map for the galaxy, set in the 15.400 AD.

In Astartei, players take the role of a space-trading crew, collectively known as Astartei (People of Astarté, Goddess of the Nightsky). They can be merchants, warriors, priests, super-mathematicians able to calculate the future, people able to speak with machines or monks of a psionic organization known as Ka Adepts. They all have to cooperate in order to success in a galaxy still uncharted, where every planet belongs by law to the Ba'al Kings of the Golden Worlds, rulers of the known universe, and living gods.

Of course, the galaxy render shown here is not mine, is the NASA/JPL-Caltech/R. Hurt (SSC/Caltech)'s Milky Way Map (Annotated), made by the NASA and that you can download from them in this link: www.nasa.gov/jpl/charting-the-…

All credits for that part are for them. They are awesome!

The rest of the work (the name of the planets, their points and the name of the sectors) is mine. I used the font Frank Gothic Md BT for the labels.

This map was made for fun and as a free resource for sci-fi rpg players, credit to the authors of the original map. I can delete it if requested.
