From Ernie Comics #22 (1948)A simple enough premise. Ernie can never seem to figure out what girls want.
Luckily his sister has a boyfriend who has a book that has ALL the answers.
She borrows it, slips it to Ernie and now he knows everything.
Basically the book says when a girl says no she means yes.
Yeah, advice like that could never cause problems in the future.
